Kathleen has nearly 15 years’ experience working with some of the leading retail trading and investment companies in the City of London. Having started her career at BP, she worked across a variety of departments, including IT and oil and gas, before eventually moving into the retail investment industry, working at some of world’s leading brands, including GAIN Capital, City Index and Forex.com. Most recently, Kathleen founded her own financial analysis company, Minerva Analysis, which she still operates.
Over her career, Kathleen’s financial markets research and analysis has been featured in some of the world’s leading financial and business media, including Financial Times and Wall Street Journal, and she is a household name on the broadcast circuit, regularly providing her insight on BBC, Sky News, CNN International, among others. Kathleen has also authored two books, including Kathleen Brooks on Forex (Wiley, 2013) and Currency Trading for Dummies (Wiley, 2015).
