Achilleas joined XM as an Investment Analyst in November 2022. He holds a BSc in Business Economics from Middlesex University and a MSc in Mathematical Trading and Finance from Bayes Business School, City University. After spending a year at the HM Treasury, he decided that his future would be in the private sector. He worked for nearly a decade as a euro area rates strategist at UBS Investment bank and Lloyds bank in London. Achilleas enjoys analysing the foreign exchange and commodities markets and continues to believe that the fixed income market is the heart of the financial system.
